About Us

Heart In Healthcare is locally owned and operated by Dr. Jeana Blalock. Our patients pay a membership fee, and can then access a full range primary care services as needed, without paying a co-pay or billing insurance. Primary care visits, extended appointment slots, and your doctor’s phone number all included. It’s VIP healthcare without the VIP price tag.

If you miss the good old days where your doctor spent time with you and treated you like a respected individual, you’ll be thrilled to join Heart In Healthcare. I'm diligently working to change primary care in North Alabama for the better, one patient at a time.

I work for my patients, not insurance companies or corporate medicine. Practicing in a direct primary care model of medicine allows me to take my time. This enables me to listen to what you have to say and customize your care to your individual needs. I focus on building a lasting relationship with you and getting to know you as a person, not just a chart.

At this practice, I intentionally see fewer patients so I can provide longer appointment slots, flexibility, and accessibility to my patients. You can learn more about the benefits of our practice model by browsing the rest of our website. You can also reach out to us for additional information. I look forward to partnering with you to reach your healthcare goals!
